I wish I had come to this website and read the complaints regarding James Madison High School. I never would have registered my child. The complaints on this this site regarding James Madison are valid. I am so frustrated with this "school"... You have to call 800-233-4542 to speak with anyone at the school. After dialing this number, you are told to dial 1-800-224-7234 to speak with a person. You are left on hold FOREVER.
The staff is very rude and they make you feel like you are annoying them. I'm under the impression that they hire high school kids to answer the phones. They sound very uneducated. My child does not receive the next course after he/she completes a course. I have to call the school (and deal with the rude staff) after months of not receiving the next course. They constantly screw up the accounting on my child's account (for no reason). I paid by credit card and shouldn't have any problems. They screwed up and because they screwed up didn't not send my child the proper materials. Please listen and do not register at this "school"... Take the advice on this website seriously. I regret ever having my child involved with this mess.
