I never would have realized the $20-$40 this company was stealing from me. I just happened to check my credit card account today. Low and behold, charges have been made several times to my account.
Interestingly enough, upon calling their customer service number one cannot actually speak to a live representative. You must leave a message which will be "returned as soon as possible" (yeah right). Also, the phone number which they have submitted to my credit card company has been different for each time my account was charged.
Something seems fishy here. Let's try and get to the bottom of it!
