I received my credit report and I notice that I have Bellsouth -Atlanta on it and it says I owe them $622.00 I called Bellsouth immediately, I was connected to a customer service representative and I explain to her: This isn't my account I never owned a service through you all" she said okay let me verify this information she asked for my SSN and she said: "mam I do not have you in my system how old is the account? My response it says 2002 not I'm shocked because I over looked this information careless on my part. She told me to call CBCS they now have my account.
I called 1-800-498-2223 and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice he asked me questions like do I know anyone that live at this address where to phone was turned on at, do I... So fourth and so forth he also said that this account was open in year 1843 and I think this is a fraud account as well. He later stated that in order to get my fraud packet I need to be transferred to another department that can get all my information so the report can be mailed to me.
Now prior to the call to CBCS I was told by the Bellsouth customer service representative that I can request a Fraud packet from CBCS. So now I'm transferred and I'm speaking to another guy who's asking me the same exact question the other nice guy was asking me. At this point I'm aggregated why I have to go through all this again to get a d*n packet! So I ask the can he please mail me the packet I will not give him my mailing address nor my phone number so they can harass me about a bill that isn't even mines! He said okay well I will put refusal on your account! I laugh biting my tongue I really wanted to jump through the phone and choke this guy.
He asked me do I know A Kim was she my landlord I said no, he asked me did you work at Amere Service I said no. He said it seem that some of the information don't match and you need to speak to your mother and father and any other family members and friends that's might have use Bellsouth as a service. My response was NO!!! I'm not going to go through all that, this is my credit and NO ONE has permission to use my credit information. He said MAM!!! I'm trying to help you if you won't do like I asked you I will have to hang up on you! I said listen no I don't have to do that if I don't like, and I will like to speak to a manager! He said I'm disconnection this call.
I called back and asked for a manager and the guy answered the phone by saying hello not thank you for calling CBCS, or even CBCS how may I help you just HELLO... Makes me wonder is this a real company. I said hello is this CBCS is said yes I was like okay... Can I speak to a manager he said sure may I asked what's this regarding? I told him he connected me to a man by the name of Phil. He was worse than the first guy. I told him my story and I told him how rude the guy was to me he said well you people call here all the time with the same excuse... I need for you to asked everyone before calling here again. I said hey I already did he said you a liar you didn't asked anyone anything! And I refuse to talk to you until you do. I called him a dumb AS* and hung up the phone at this point I know there is an HR and at some level this so called CBCS company have to be a little professional.
I called back and act like I was applying for a job and I need HR name and number and they gave me (614) 222-5464 and told me to ask for Ava. I called that number to speak to Ava she was busy I spoke a gentlemen and told him my complaint and he gave me 2 names of Customer service managers that I can speak to Brian Swekor and Areks Bello (spelling might be off). I spoke to Areka told he my saturation and he said he will mail me out a packet it was very concern about how I got Ava information and I told him Bellsouth representative he paused and said ooh okay.
I tried to call Ava back Human Recourse contact person no answer. She never picked up her phone for us to discuss out issues!
