On November 21 I purchased a complete set of 130 episodes of Thundercats on DVD. The cost was $69.99.
The quality on half of the order I received was poor. I contacted the above email addresses.
On February 1 one of the email addresses advised me to return the disc to the above address and when they receive the discs I would get my refund.
I returned the DVD (disc) on February 11. I sent them US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt.
I have been emailing all of the email addresses and have not had a response from them or received my refund to date.
I have all correspondence. Can you please help me?
