Ripoff - I ordered a product, they cashed my check, 6 months later I still have no product

I had ordered from a box (christmas gift) an additional Perferct Driver set for $9.95. My check was cashed within a mopnth of mailing it January 3. It is now June 14th, and I still have no product.

I have been ripped off. I either want my money back or the product.
