Charlotte Ann Powers of Rural Retreat, VA. Borrowed money from me back in June and Jan. 2004. Used reasons of dire hardship from being unjustly laid off from work and ill treatment from her husband to manipulate me into loaning her money. I believe she is a con artists, both her and her husband. I would be greatly surprised if she ever pays me back. I have sent her a number of billing statement and she ignores me. Please let her neighbors be warned if at all possible. Thank you.
