Rip-off They want $14.98 canadian and promise a $1,000, 000 prize, but the recipient of the mail must send in the $14.98 first... Seem to be targeting seniors

The scam is sent via regular mail and includes official looking forms and asks for $14.98 to be sent so that, " the winner" can get their prize.

The language makes it look like the prize has been won and urges the person to mail back the cheque and " forms" within seven days, for all of this to be valid.

They could be targeting Readers Digest folks as how else would they get info on people in Canada? Forms look much like Readers Digest Sweepstakes.
