Ripoff, refused refund after cancellation and hung up on me when i called!

I called a month ago and cancelled after I saw a $179.95 charge to my account. When they said it would take a month for me to get a $149.95 refund.in that time I could check out the services for free until the cancellation which I never did.

Now there is a $12.00 fee for a monthly fee. When I called they called me back and read some transcript that they interpreted something totally different and when I wanted to talk to a boss, she hung up on me!
