Bonus One
Ripoff, lying, scheming, scamming, fradulent, money-stealing idiots

Back in late September of someone from Bonus One called me & offered me a credit card w / a huge limit for a fee of $199.00 & I signed up.

Well, shortly after I decided that $199.00 was too much to spend on a card & called to cancel it. I talked to Maria who was very rude & who hung up on me.

After that I kept calling & asking for a supervisor, but they all either went home early, or were @ lunch, or weren't taking calls, but whoever answered the phone always said the supervisor left them in charge.

This went on for weeks. Finally when I got to talk to someone in NOVEMBER they denied my request for a refund stating that I needed to request a refund within 30 days & it was too late. They said no one even noted that I called in, but someone only put that I was inquiring about my package, which had already been mailed.

Here it is MAY & I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING from Bonus One, The scamming, scheming, lying, so-called Card Service. I have filed a report with the BBB, but they replied saying that if I sent a written request for a refund that they would be happy to give me my money back, but like I said, they denied my request.
