I signed up for a free credit report with a 30 day free trial. After the 30 days was charged $9.95 a month on my
credit card without my consent.

After several months I seen this charge on my bank statement, I then called CIC to cancel this membership. They advised I needed to send my cancellation via e-mail to [email protected].

I've since sent them two cancellations via this email address and I am still being charged on my account.
