In order to receive a "free" Palm Treo 650 I had to subscribe or buy merchandise from 6 different online stores or services. I fulfilled my part. My credit card has been charged for merchandise from all 6 merchants.
I then had to "click" on the word approved by the 6 different merchants' offers. I did this and never received the certificates that they said they would send out. Supposedly, after I was to receive all 6 certificates I was supposed to mail them in in order to receive the Palm Treo.
I have made numerous attempts to email the Internet Opinion Group, and they do not respond to my emails.
I went online again today and where the word "approved" used to be it now says "expired!" How could it expire if I never received the certificates???
I have saved all of the documentation backing up my case. This is the email that I sent to the Internet Opinion Group today:
"I clicked on the apprioved boxes for the 6 merchants. I never received the certificates. You have not responded to my emails asking why. Now when I go online I see the word "expired" where I had previously clicked. How can this expire when in fact you never sent me the certificates?
If you don't respond to this today I am reporting you to the F.B.I., as you are conducting criminal-like business."
