To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to you concerning a credit card call which my son, received several weeks ago, which I was not aware of. The problem is the following: My son, Robert is 24 yrs. Old and he has a learning disability. He received a call, while I was out one day, and unfortunately, he had given this caller, all of his personal bank information. They went ahead into his personal checking account and withdrew $199.98!!! They are charging him with $328.97 for a credit card.
They are charging him $99.99 for Payment Security Guard? Another $99.99 for Credit Protection Shield, another $99.99 charge for Annual Fee and still another $29.99 charge for Rush Processing!!!
These people should be put out-of-business for GOOD!!! Because how can this be allowed in the United States. How dare they talk a person with a learning disability into some charges like these and think they are going to get away with it?
Also, they even put him down for Automatic Payment of his bill! My son, Robert, is having enough problems, trying to keep up with his own bills.in fact, right now, we are dealing with a Bill Solution Company, American Debt Consolidators, in order to straighten out himself.
I would appreciate it very much if you can help us out. Again, Robert, doesn't understand too well, what he got himself into, but as a concerned mother with Parkinsons Disease, I will not allow for CCS Credit Service Division to take advantage of him in such a negative way.
I know that if I try to get a hold of this Company, they will not listen to me because they'll say "The account is under Robert Cambian's name" and we need to speak to him. But, Robert, will not know how to explain to them this rip-off scam they got him into and I know they'll confuse him in such a way that, they'll talk him into keeping this account and the monies in his checking account is only for the debt solution company, which we are dealing with.
