I own a small auto transport company. Nile lafrenz called and claimed to be inventory manager for the deaership, he scheduled a auto transport for a vehicle the dealership purchased and asked us to take the credit card information form one of his managers, Robert Eames.
As verification they sent us the link http://www.stephenwadechevrolet.com/Introduction-Staff.html. Robert even confirmed the order from his email at the dealership.

Now 2 weeks later, the vehicle is delivered, and Robert is contesting the charges for transport on his credit card. I have tried to talk to the GM, Bill Adamson and he refers me to Robert. Robert has hung up on me and told me not to call him at the dealership. Obviously I expect to win with the credit card company and after 3 months and $25-$50 in charge back fees we will get paid, but it amazes me that this is standard operations for these people.

I hope GM has the insight to research carefully who goes and who stays in the next few months.
