I was ripped off

I wasn't smart by sending my check for $43 first, before checking the internet for such stories... I called today and asked to get a refund. I was told that I had to wait to receive my package, then send a letter with the package back to the facility, so I could get refunded.By reading these kinds of stories, I expect to NEVER SEE A DIME BACK... Can't they be stopped?
