The great thing about life is, those who do wrong to you, and others, eventually get their just reward. Its ALL about karma. Although I must admit this little bit of karma is A LONG time coming. However nonetheless it is here.
BCTI is being sued for over $50,000.00 by the management company who owns the strip mall complex in Tacoma.
Most importantly BCTI is facing a class action lawsuit which will hopefully make them payback the students whom they've cheated out of a proper education and alleviate the loans of those individuals whom they've scammed.
They are also being investigated by the federal government as well as the Oregon State Department of Education and the Washington State Department of Education. The Oregon Department of Education completed its investigation. Their investigation found BCTI guilty of misleading students, misrepresenting themselves, and filing false student job related documents as well as others.

I am a former employee who was employed in a high level leadership position. I couldn't be happier to see the owners Tom Jonez and Morrie Pigott face these allegations. I'm glad I realized this company was scamming people A LONG TIME AGO. I feel truly sorry for the people I helped enroll in BCTI classes before I knew what was really going on.
