Ripoff, scam, fraudulent credit card charges

I have been charged $9.95 per month since Dec 04. I called my CC company and they are working to reverse the charges.

I called the company and the company agreed to "cancel" my account but evaded answering whether or not they would credit my card.

I tried to call back when I realized that I didn't receive a firm commitment, spent almost an hour on hold, and hung up, finally.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC.
