I have given their order dept lots of time to make this sale right, and they just keep on lieing, about the item, or don't respond at all.
I've requested a refund and have no acknoledgement of it. No one will answer their telephone, only a messeage which says leave message and they will get back to you, all lies for no one calls or writes.
I made instant payment, by credit card, $84.24, dec 2 waited four weeks, tried to contac them with no success, finally called fedex the shipping co. They had no record of anything ever being shipped to me.
Fedex gave me their phone number, it was no good, but the person I called in florida knew their number, but noone will answer there.
Finally found out the order was suposedly lost by fedex and, the shipper would have to file a claim, supposedly they have, and were supposed to have reshipped me the items about a month ago.
Now I finally get notice from them that the items are temporally out of stock. I just want my mony back. Thanks
