On last 12/03 I decided to order a product from JD Marvel (magazine's AD). I received the product, but the bad quality of the produtct made me return it, but the money was never credited back on my c card.
After phoned them in order to getting instructions of the produtc's return I figure out that the company uses a P O box address in N York's state and the company's phone is far away in Quebec-Canada. I phoned them again and they told me that it would be returned the money payed. Phone them back 2 or 3 more times and decided to quit phoning them to avoiding a hard time and still not getting the money back, plus, the phone calls to Quebec.
Some time after that, in a magazine's AD I saw the same product offered by a different company's name, but the same address (PO box) and the same phone #.
I sent them a letter, but never answered. I want you to know that I am happy just for knowing that usacomplaints.com exists, and I can tell what happened to me and to help people avoid all that.
I want also to inform you the new name of the company. The name is: US Mail Order Exchang Inc.! Wise move huh! The address they use is the same of JdMarvel: P.O. Box3637, Champlain, NY 12919. I still have all the post offices's receit and the phone's numbers I contacted them. I did this now after all this time because I didn't know about Rip-OffReport. I am glad for this opportunity!
