I was a Cricket cellular phone customer for about 2 years. Granted I had some late payments but I always paid them. However, when I wanted to speak to someone at Cricket I could never get a real person on the phone. I decided that this was bad customer service and wanted nothing to do with them any more. So, I called to diconnect my phone and oh boy was there someone right there to ask me to reconsider.
Since I couldn't get a real person on the phone I had to pay a month in advance and when I called back to get that money back, because I had turned the phone off before that next month they told me that I would get a check in the mail in 6-8 weeks, that was 6 months ago. I need to get a hold of these people and ask them where my money is. Help!
