Ripoff

I recieved a letter today it was suspicious because why should I have to pay 5 dollars, and what's so special about me that I would be sent this letter when I have not entered any sweepstakes totaling that much money, and why there was not any phone numbers or web site address. I think who ever this is they keep targeting the same people all the time. I came right to this site because most things that seem to good to be true mostly are.
