They have been taking money out of my husbands account twice once for my name and once for his because the account is in his name. We have repeatedly emailed them and tried to cancel membership and the automated system won't accept it. The email on the site redirects you to email them but we are going to our bank for help. They have taken over $234.31 so far and we hope to put a stop to them by refusing products and keeping certificates of mailing them unopened back to company.
