Beware of Dr. Elwyn Jenkins, located in the Norcross, GA area

Complaint: Elwyn Jenkins ripped me off for approximately $ and committed misrepresentation and deception.
Dr. Elwyn Jenkins presents himself in a somewhat charming fashion, and initially appears to be a likeable chap. However my experience with him over a seven-month period has demonstrated that this individual from Australia conducts his business practices in an unethical manner.
Elwyn Jenkins had requested my involvement in one of his business enterprises, in the capacity of marketing consultant. I agreed to accept the project, and during this time I found him to be deceptive in his communications, which was ultimately evidenced when he defaulted on paying my firm's invoice. The reason for this he claims, is that his company did not have the funds to pay it...
Elwyn Jenkins had me travel thousands of miles on his behalf, under false pretenses, and breached our contract, ultimately not paying any portion of what was agreed.
In regards to my attempts at collecting monies owed, Elwyn Jenkins and his associate, Randy Barkowitz failed to show the courtesy of returning my phone calls or emails on dozens of occasions. When I finally spoke with Elwyn Jenkins by phone, he mentioned that he "... Still plans on paying the monies owed, but not sure when...". This I took as being yet another put-off on his part.
Caution is highly advised if you are considering doing business with this individual. Elwyn Jenkins is adept at building the appearance of trustworthiness, but this man is not to be trusted.
As of the first quarter of I have not received any portion of what Elwyn Jenkins had agreed to pay.
