"Sweepstakes Clearinghouse sent me a Notice that looks official. Were I a moron, I might have followed their instructions stating I would win a Television Set if I merely sent $47.96 within 14 days for payment of Shipping and Handling. Sounds good doesn't it? A TV for less than 50 bucks".
