Ripoff! They gave my refund to someone else.internet

I bought a tent from a surplus alert representative. I returned it for refund. I never recieved the refund. When I called SurplusDirect they told me they refunded a Jennifer Butler. That is NOT me. The entire account was set up under my name. I am now going to see if this company is charging ME.
