GTC schools (3) were abruptly shut down by BPPV; no recourse for federally funded students. Graduates of school cannot get jobs anyway. Tuition for each student was $9,900.00. The director of the SF branch branch is allegedly in jail in Oakland on financial aid fraud charges.
Someone made a lot of money from these schools, but the students have paid dearly.in addition to what EDD paid for my retraining, I spent $3000.00 of my own money attempting to get a skill, become certified and pass the ARDMS exam. The Sacramento branch consisted of a director and a teacher, and I don't know if the teacher was licensed.
