Nexiderm 10 day free trial scam costs $49.95 in real life! Ripoff

Purchased the 10-day trial skincare for $5.95 shipping. Took 5 days to receive and found out that I would only have 5 days to try the product.

I smelled SCAM and went back to the website to read all the fine print about returns and also the return statement in my package which was slightly different and had more info about having the product reach their warehouse BEFORE the trial ended or they could automatically charge you.

I called customer service to cancel my trial and received a cancellation code number. I shipped back the trial package with delivery confirmation and it was received 2 days before my trial expired. My account was STILL charged $49.95 for the monthly auto-ship program.
Boehm Ritter has also conveniently put an outgoing message only on their customer service line now so complaints cannot get through.

You can Contact the Internet Fraud branch of the Federal Gov at www.ifcc. Gov to file a complaint as well as here. This has got to STOP
