The fire training academy of Montebello sucks, is a scam place, I spent $250.00 dollars for nothing, they are big time irresponsible, they dont take responsibilities, and they dont do their job as supposed too.

I called few times because my son never received his guard card, 6 months went by, and we are still waiting for it. I called Sacramento, I navigated on the internet, and I tried to investigate on my own why we did not receive
his card, but is no records of my sons name anywhere.

The manager is complete jerk, unprofessional; he does not have manners to treat customers, well

I dont think they or he knows whats a word professionalism is anyway?
