They are using my email address for what appears to be as a relay center i checked out there site but did not sign up for membership

I had been checking my email and found an email with a one i don't know it was sent by another person. I visited on the senders email and it visited alt.com i've tried to eliminate myself from there listing to no avail so what can i do about that
