I have been renting from this property management company for a little over year. While I love the home, the property management company lacks the ability to serve is renters in a professional manner. It takes weeks if not months for repair request to be completed. The company itself has admitted via email on numerous occasions that their response to work orders is extremely slow and under - par. Every request has to be approved by the homeowner and the property management is the middle guy. I was specify told upon move in that this would not be the case - that delayed work orders did not happen. Guess I should have gotten that statement in writing.
My suggestion to anyone and everyone else is to do so. The repair technicians routinely do not fix the problem on the first attempt. My dishwasher has been malfunctioning for over 4 months and the repair man has been out 3 times.
