Want to agree that BPMI is poorly managed and will not provide services in a timely matter. I live in a nice community (Bella Gardens) that has been redone and they have let the property go to shambles, will not respond to service calls. They apparently have other interests and will not respond to phone calls or emails and most of the time the phone will just ring and no one ever answers. They apparently take the associations money and run quickly.
I have been told by board members that they try and take control of the board meetings and have an outcome to their benefit.
