I bought rug from Specific Floor and had it "mounted" close to the end-of May in four rooms of my home. The very first issue was they calculated the rug incorrect for just one of my childis areas, slowing the installment a later date. Additionally they didn't place any support underneath the rug which was mounted within the cabinets within the rooms. Per week following the room installment, the rug has already been arriving from the ground. I've approached you-all many times, looking to get the rug support mounted within the cabinets, obtained verification, and had two no-shows. Nowadays is my day-off and was designed to obtain the support within the closests completed nowadays from 8-10am. It's currently 11:42 am with no phone from Specific Floor despite I obtained a contact confirming present day visit to resolve this issue. Customer Support isn't important to State Floor. When I contact, I'm spoken to rudely and unprofessionally. It is difficult to get hold of any kind of administration out of this organization.
