Frank Nocentino went us through our house on negotiation evening understanding he'd about 10 items which were coldly not completed, a number of that are too costly. He's damaged his agreement and it has not recognized the 12 months inspection-which might need him to repair items which were possibly damaged or not full. He's no ethics and that I might need anybody considering building with Nocentino Houses to appear elsewhere.
