Arizona Aquatic Gardens (AAG) Nursery is not LLBean that's for sure. We ordered three Banded High Fin Sharks. Two of the three were dead on Arrival. I immediately started to acclimate the one live fish and the called AAG. After not answering their phone during their posting business hours, we got to their voice mail that was to full to leave a message (perhaps they don't like to respond to anyone). We then sent an email (still within their posted business hours) inquiring about what to do to get replacement fish and asked them to call or email. But no answer for a few days, so we sent a FAX. Eventually, AAG finally responded via FAX saying to bad, so sad, take a look at the fine print and send a picture of the dead fish. So, they waited to respond long enough to ensure that we no longer had the stinking dead fish to photograph. I also spoke with our local Koi supplier; they didn't think to much of the way the fish were shipped. They thought that the few ice packs were too few for a trip from one desert to another.
