I recently made a purchase on 8-21-04. Well I call the following Wed to see if order was in I was told due in today call back after 5, did that Wed & THURS. I called again fri girl in pickup told me order was def in recving until it is scanned in it wont show but its def here call after 5 did that only to have them tell me it wont be unloaded til MON. I have called 4 diff times asking for mng & gen mng to call NOTHING. I even had the sales person offer me free shipping wed I told him since 3 diff salespeople said it would def be there MOn I would pick it up.
Well MON came & guess what still not unloaed. So I finally went to Haynes to speak to a Mng only to be told yes the trailed is in its 5th in line & if another truck happens to come in tonight w/higher priority it would go in front of the others. So now the mang has told me my furniture isnt priority but now it wont be unloaded til FRI. They mad it a priority to take my money how about getting my furniture off the truck & stop making excuses
