I attempted to register for DPI Power support. Pre pay was described and that I was requested to get a deposit that is $50. It was settled by me about the telephone via charge card. I had been next delivered to "Confirmation" wherever I had been informed I don't be eligible for their support since I responded "Yes" to being truly a "essential treatment" client (dependent on electrical-operated medical equipment). I expected for my back. I used to be repeatedly placed on hold for 10-20 units at the same time before selected or being disconnected back-up from the same individual performing like they and I had not only voiced before placing me on-hold. I'm informed just that I will have my reimbursement in 10-14 business days (fourteen days along with a day-to three months from today), they have no control over it since the primary office does it, the primary office does not consider calls, with no one there actually understands several for that principal office anyhow. COMPLETE bull notice since they've a Much Better Business Business score of "Y".
