On 4-23-12 I'd my home/living room shades mounted where moment I realized that the valance wasn't color-coordinated with my shades - appears completely incomplete that we described towards the specialist & he would contact that night. After he quit (as he was in this rush) I realized that the shades were getting hung-up on screws he mounted and that I realize that they'll tear should you choose not shut them cautiously. I named the following day and was informed they'll be fixed ASAP. Many efforts have now been designed to correct this but still no outcome. I am offered every justification they are able to think about. I. E they changed the top railroad program and do not provide that anymore and today today I had been informed the purchase was positioned on 5-08-12 just how long does it try reduce 2 bits of colored plastic for positions to coordinated the colour? I am scared to start my blinds for concern they'll tear and now encounter I'll be caught with sculpted shades. I quit 4 messages using the "style advisor" and also have not noticed back from her. The final discussion I'd was on 5-9-12 and was told 2 to 3 days well it is now 5 days and also havenot noticed a term.incidentally their web site statements they're an associate of BBB but BBB doesn't declare them. Is not that illegal?
