I happen to live in one of Alan Trider's apartment rentals. I can tell you from 1st hand experience, Mr. Trider will surely rot and burn in hell one day, althougth I wish Karma would come around do its job on him (I would be highly satisfied to see that happen)! I fear that'll never happen, not in my lifetime at least, so in the hope that there is a Heaven and there is a Hell, Hell is where he will surely wind up. Even his girl-friday who runs the office is as eveil and hateful as he is. I even witnesse3d the two of them "doing it" together in the offices on the top floor—my o my, devils they are. And if I had the money honey, I'd leave here sooner then later! Had I known or realized how these people operated, i'd NEVER in my life had signed up to live under this rotten roof of his. He is a con artist. No good theif. Raises rents to push old people out, he doesn't care at all. Don't be foooled by Mr. Charming! He is a Snake who cares none about you or yours.
Money is all he wants (and the dumb woman who runs this place) — she's as bad as he is. Palacios is a trap, don't get tangled up in it.
