My parents called Luke's when their washer broke. They came and installed a used washer. When my mom went to use it it would not fill. She called Luke's and they never returned calls or returned to the house to finish their job. We went over there several times and nobody was in the shop. This has been going on for months. I just got into town and found out about the situation. I called Luke's and he showed up with the wrong part. He said he was going back to the shop to get the right part and once again, never came back or answered calls. NOW we are stuck with NO washer all weekend, as he took it apart and left it that way! This jerk needs to be out of business before he victimizes anyone else.
