Na stone facing chipping away easily after 1 year. And white spots are visible in cold weather. I paid them $4,000. For this work

I am writing on behalf of my mother whom feels nothing can be done about this since the BBB did nothing. Valencia & Valencia Const. Worked on the outside foundation with stone facing, a $4,000. Job. And 1 year later she finds the stoneface with such a thin layer covering what looks like mud and chopped up stones, chipping away.

When we shoveled snow off the stairs where the work was also done, big pieces just fell off! And on the sides of the house get these white spots on the facing during cold weather. When she called Manuel and told him, he said he would be by within a day. But he never showed up out of all the times she called him to complain.

Then overtime he disconnected his phone number. The BBB doesn't show in their records that they even exist!
