My home warranty assigned company to fix a/c. They never call. I call them giving all phone numbers they don't update info. They don't show. I call again they don't call and the customer service people told tech wrong time. Another appointment and no call and no show. Ive missed three days of work now. I ask to speak to supervisor. I hear supervisor say I don't have time to deal with him. Same customer service person everytime now recommends I find another company. I'm now going to Miss a fourth day of work. We had our warranty people find another company. The whole unit must be replaced. You lost on around 13,000 dollars. Thanks for the stress.
