Pam Finkelstein cannot be trusted in the real estate business. She makes promise that she does not keep and will steal commissions when given the opportunity to do so. She owes Manalapan Realtor Bill Quigley $6,000 for his work on the sale of $1.15 million dollar estate on Spoonbill Road in Manalapan. At the closing Pamela announced for the first time that she was keeping the entire $30,000 commission. Not only was this dishonest, but it was short sighted as the other parties involved in the transaction were prominent Manalapan politicians who have deep roots in the community. Pam Finkelstein was only used on the deal because of a favor and with the condition of sharing a small part of the commission with Mr. Quiguley. Shame on you Pamela - when it comes to Pam, nogood deed goes unpunished.
Pamela Finkestein should never be used if you have to count on her to follow through on a verbal agreement.
