I contacted this company to create a coompetetive bid in mid Feburary, on 3/8 Itztick @ State Certified emailed me, saying my request was in his trash folder and did I still need a quote; I said yes and laid the parameters of the job out to him, he called me and rudely said that he did not F&%k with projects of that size and perhaps I needed to go to habitat for Humanity of the welfare office to get my cabinets... I was enrged and admit I lowered myself to his level; we exchanged a few expletives and I hung up.
He THEN emailed me and CCd his supervisor or partner (Robin) and stated simply that he was not interested in any jon under $10,000; the project I contacted him about was estimated to cost between $5-7,000; its an investment property, so its small; but I am a paying customer and whats right is right. He did not tender any funds from me but consumers need to know who they are dealing with. This is why people in Florida are terrified to engage contractors, right here. I have never been spoken to that way by people who I have known my whole life, much less a stranger who I was trying to give my business and my money to.
