Bought dual recliner sofa from American Freight, two days after delivery one of the recliners broke, went to AF and told them wha happened. They said if I brought it back they would swap it out for a new one. I did not have anyone with a truck to help me bring it back, so went back to AF and asked if paid the delivery fee of $75 again would they deliver the replacement and take back the broken one. They said that would be okay. Arranged to have it picked up, I was standing there when the ticket was printed up and heard them tell the delivery driver what was going on.
They didn't show up on days it was suppose to be delivered. I called they promised it woul come the next day. The next day it wasn't delivered, I called again, the lady told me she would call her manager and assured me it would be delivered the next day. Needless to say it has not been delivered. They are giving me the runaround because there's a 30 day return and next week the 30 days is up and they can tell me it's too late. I have documentation what day it was delivered and was well within the 30 days when I started trying to get a replacement.
