I am a bit confused. I bought a living room suit from Havert'y in GA. I have a extended warranty / Stating they will replace or fix my furniture if I have any scraches, tears, rips or stains. We called them to replace or fix our couch. They have said now that we need to take pictures and descriptions of damage and they would considered the fixes. I have checked the contract and warranties and do not see that in there at all! I have never haeard of this, is this a known practice?
What can I do to get them to honor their contract?
