Okay, I've been AN ETERNITY person in this membership for over 10 years... It's been awhile since I have received my bi monthly LIFETIME Handyman magazine.
I simply got a postcard today saying they've not noticed from me in some time and that I estimate "If you desire to continue getting Existence Member Rewards, we have to notice from you"
To begin with, why do they have to notice from me? I registered for life of advantages. Subsequently, I recently shifted within the last year AND UPDATED my info on the membership site, therefore in essence THEY'VE HEARD FROM ME QUITE LATELY.
Therefore, fearing to get rid of my account, that has to become totally illegitimate, I visited the website and did what I had a need to do. The thanks concept mentioned that "Our bill continues to be REACTIVATED"! So that they are informing me the deactivated my lifetime account since "they've not noticed from me in some time"? What about you try to contact me first before you simply deactivate anything I've taken care of?
I'm actually getting tired of these businesses providing LIFETIME or ENDLESS items simply to try to mess you in the future!
