I offered a check to Mr. Roberts for over $5000.00 the very first week of April to displace my top. Mr. Roberts didn't appear to complete any function until 7 weeks later…that isn't the issue; the main problem was he and his team took off my top and place tar-paper on and quit my roof-like that for more than 2 months. He didn't place tiles on until 2 rainstorms later. I've severe water harm to my drywall and that I need to document another state with my insurance. The very first time that occurred he arrived towards the home and place some tiles on and stated it'd repair the trickle which obviously it didn't function. One-bedroom the trickle got worse and destroyed the rug. I named Mr. Roberts five times that morning and he didn't return the phone call until late that night. Moreover, when he did call-back, he confronted in the future around and stop me along with a pit in my own home and explained I really could “f*ing pull his n*”. I named police force to document a criticism. I've since spoken to three 3 distinct roofers and all stated at no time would you keep tarp document uncovered on the top for that period of time. Mr. Roberts produced this issue and that I need my money-back... Roughly $3800.00 was in the insurance provider and $1200.00 was out-of my wallet to update the top. Our insurance provider won't pay me for that 1st pull.
Mr. Roberts has caused unnecessary tension in my experience and my loved ones. I've the profane threatening concept he quit on my voicemail saved. He stated I confronted him…well, if stating I'm getting appropriate motion is just a risk then that's a brand new someone to me.
Point-blank, this guy all messed up my house since he quit tar-paper uncovered without placing tiles on for over three months and also the tiles he ultimately placed on coated about 30% of the home and you will find places where the most effective of the shingle is nailed over.
