This company has coupons in popular mailers and a web site that says they have been in business for 27 years.
They are no longer in business.instead, a company by the name of Cool Air USA (www.coolairusa.com) came to my home. No one from Florida Air on the phone and neither of the men from Cool Air who came to our home told us this information. I just noticed it as I looked at the invoice and card because I was following our son's advice and checking Florida Air out on the Internet for complaints. No why didn't I do that BEFORE I called??? Go figure.
Go to NADCA for information, and then look for reports on the web before deciding to have this service. And just Google or Bing air duct cleaning and educate yourself. You probably don't need it.
