Clickbank took my $ and failed to send product Internet

On 1/16 at 3:47pm I ordered a Power4HomeSystem and paid clickbank with a Visa card
$57.96. I received a confirmation from clickbank on line. Order #DT6QK6GE. They indicated the
order was shipped on 1/17 and as of 2/20 I have not received the order and can't locate
a phone # for Clickbank or Power4Home.
