Beware of "Malibu Doug" also known as "Doug Carroll." This poor excuse for a professional conveniently misplaces documents when you need them, and breached his fiduciary duties to me. Not only that, this guy's ethics and morals are beyond disgusting. I would never do business with this guy again, and he's lucky if he doesn't get sued... Which is likely coming. I would advise anyone to stay clear of doing business with this guy... I certainly am.
