These folks are liars and secrets. They've lied about from the term proceed. We believed we were purchasing this house on the "Rent to possess". We were naive concerning the procedure and were informed by Lynn John who operates for them this could be our house. Effectively our paperwork claims rent and describes nothing about purchasing.
